Miklovana studied Computer Engineering at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and obtained her Bachelor's degree before moving to Sweden to pursue a Master’s in Machine Learning at KTH.
During her Master's, she worked as a Research Engineer on various projects spanning Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Finally, her Master's thesis focused on Representation Learning.

In 2023, she joined the lab as a PhD student. Her research focuses on leveraging machine learning techniques to predict recovery outcomes in patients with spinal cord injury.
